Wescott Fire Department CORA Requests

Effective March 21, 2017
Pursuant to Resolution No. 2017-003, the District has established a policy for the requests for public records and assessing charges for the production of public records.

Effective July 1, 2014

Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute (CRS) 24-72-205, the District has implemented a new fee schedule to handle requests for public documents under the Colorado Open Records Act (CORA). A fee of $30 per hour will be charged for the research and retrieval of records, with the first hour of time spent will be at no charge. This rate will be adjusted every five years to reflect the cumulative changes in the Denver-Boulder Consumer Price Index.
