The Training Division is responsible for ensuring that all of our employees have access to educational materials and events that support the skills necessary to provide high-quality emergency services to the citizens and visitors of the Monument Fire District.

We are committed to sharing training functions with our neighboring Fire/EMS/Law Enforcement agencies to support interagency/interdisciplinary relationships and effective emergency response capabilities.

Our staff of EMS providers are highly trained, compassionate, educated, and experienced. We take pride in providing patient care using the most current evidence-based guidelines. Emergency medicine is ever-changing, and we maintain industry best practices through continuous quality improvement.

We have built relationships with medical directors, hospitals, and local healthcare facilities to provide the best possible care to our community.
